The South West

Studiously avoiding April Fools Day, I am starting from Land's End on Saturday 3rd April 2004. The first week, through Penzance, Helston, Truro, Indian Queens, and St Breward will put around 100 mile under my belt before I meet up with Philippa at Launceston who is to walk with me over the Easter weekend.

Easter should see us through Bridestow, skirting the northen edge of Dartmoor to South Zeal and on to Crediton where Philippa leaves to get back to the office.

My next ports of call are Tiverton, Taunton, Street, and Midsomer Norton before reaching Bath on Friday 16th April.

A total of some 223 mile in the first two weeks.
